It is the summer holidays and if you are looking for a day out with the children or grandchildren, Claydon Estate is the perfect place to bring them.
Parking is free and we have endless grounds to explore and enjoy.
Claydon House is full of history, including Florence Nightingale's bedroom and lots of items to view from the Crimean War. This year, there is also an art exhibition in the house and gardens curated by The White Cube Gallery and featuring works by Tracey Emin and Antony Gormley. Pack your own picnic or treat yourself to lunch or a cream tea at The Phoenix Kitchen tearoom.
