If for any reason you would like to return your order please do so within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. It must be in its original packaging and unused.

If any item arrives damaged please inform us as soon as possible for a replacement.

Delivery

Please allow 10 working days, although all in stock items will be sent out sooner.

Handmade items by artists, if out of stock we will inform you of the approximate delivery date.

Packaging & Postage

Standard postage is £4.95 mainland UK.

Please enquire for postage prices for other areas and express delivery.

Ordering

Online: We use Paypal to securely process your credit or debit card. We require a phone number to complete your order which will only be used if there is a problem and never for sales calls.

By Post: Please print off and complete a copy our order form, enclose a cheque made payable to The Flying Fox and send to:
